pandas

Upload pandas DataFrames to Nominal and export channel data into DataFrames or Series. This integration is installed with nominal.

Start with datasource_to_dataframe() to export a dataset, or upload_dataframe_to_dataset() to upload to an existing one. The reference also includes helpers for creating datasets and retrieving individual channels.

Functions

channel_to_dataframe_decimated	Retrieve the channel summary as a pandas.DataFrame, decimated to the given buckets or resolution.
channel_to_series	Retrieve the channel data as a pandas.Series.
datasource_to_dataframe	Download a dataset to a pandas dataframe, optionally filtering for only specific channels of the dataset.
upload_dataframe	Create a dataset in the Nominal platform from a pandas.DataFrame.
upload_dataframe_to_dataset	Upload a pandas dataframe to an existing dataset as if it were a gzipped-CSV file
